The Leeb CS – Well-proven Leeb technology with 3-point linkage

The rumours prove true: With the newly developed mounted sprayer Leeb CS HORSCH finally enters the market segment of 3-point crop care technology. The CS in Leeb CS stands for CompactSprayer. And this is exactly what the new crop care sprayer is – compact and manoeuvrable.

The crop care sprayer forms a compact unit with the tractor.

What is special about it?

The equipment of the machine leaves nothing to be desired. Together with a tractor it forms a compact and very manoeuvrable unit and shows its strengths especially in smaller structured fields. Due to the various customer-specific equipment options HORSCH can provide the optimum product for every farmer. Thus, we can offer the identical technology of the self-propelled and the trailed sprayers in the 3-point sector, too, from 15 to 30 m working width without any compromises – with all the high-end technology the Leeb models are known for. The ISOBUS software and the control electronics are an HORSCH inhouse development.

What does the Leeb CS do?

Everything its siblings can do. Simple equipment or fully equipped – everything is possible. A special technical innovation is the active boom control system due to which HORSCH has an essential unique selling position in the market in the 3-point sector. It sets a new standard in this sector. The well-known nozzle layout of 25 cm is also available for the new Leeb CS as well as all other nozzle layouts of the Leeb portfolio. The Leeb CS is fully ISOBUS compatible.
Moreover, other components like the continuous inside cleaning CCS Pro, the induction tank – optionally made of stainless steel for an even easier cleaning – und other well-known options were adopted from the trailed crop care sprayers.

The centre of gravity of the machine was optimised. This is HORSCH’s reaction to the customer requirements for a highest possible range and innovative technology. The new CS models are available with three different tank sizes - 1400, 1800 and 2200 l – and thus provide utmost efficiency. An additional front tank is to follow soon. The Leeb CS is a very compact and efficient unit for highly precise crop care.
Compact and agile – these characteristics are also reflected in the user-friendliness. By means of the new coupling triangle and a completely hydraulic pump drive, the machine can be attached comfortably and quickly to the machine. All functions are controlled via the user interface we already know from the Leeb LT/GS.

With the mounted sprayer Leeb CS HORSCH develops new markets in the crop care sector.

Where does it fit?

With the Leeb CS the company sets a new standard in the sector of mounted sprayers and still relies on the proven technology of the well-known models – adapted to the different customer requirements. The new development is particularly interesting for customers who so far, the trailed sprayers and the large self-propelled sprayers did not appeal to and who due to their requirements or farm structures are looking for a compacter machine. The HORSCH Leeb CS is a perfect and uncompromising product also for these farms.
