HORSCH front tank solutions

The new generation of the Partner FT and the Leeb CT completes the HORSCH front tank portfolio.

The HORSCH front tank range is growing and impresses with its high flexibility and the numerous combinations options with mounted HORSCH implements and is ideal for seeding as well as for the application of fertiliser. The Partner FT is available for solid and the Leeb FT and CT for liquids. Depending on the application option, the front tanks can be combined with single grain seed drills, power harrow combinations, tine seed drills or a distribution tower on a tillage machine, a hoe or a harrow as well as with crop care sprayers. Since its launch, a wide range of appropriate mounted implements has been developed. This high compatibility provides variety and is well appreciated by farmers due to its manifold combinability and the resulting optimum machine utilisation.

Leeb CT – Combination Tank for different applications

The new HORSCH CT extends the Leeb sprayer portfolio. It has been designed for the combination with other HORSCH machines. The front tank is for example ideal for liquid fertilisation while seeding or in a standing population combined with a mechanical weed control. Due to the integration of the ISOBUS user interface I-Manager, the Leeb CT can easily be combined with other HORSCH machines.
Based on the well-proven Leeb FT, the Leeb CT is operated as a separate version with a separate pump. Moreover, the new version is additionally equipped with a 180-l fresh water tank with access ladder and an induction facility in the lid. The well-proven, comfortable equipment like the quick coupling device and the clear arrangement were adopted from the Leeb FT.

Partner FT – new generation, additional options

The new generation of the Partner FT excels due to additional options for more possibilities and an increased user-friendliness. The Partner generation is equipped with the new touch-capable I-Manager operating concept which already is well-appreciated in the Pronto DC, Versa KR and SW as well as in some Avatar lines.
In addition to the single tank, the current Partner FT is now extended with a smaller double tank. In addition there is the large double tank, a larger single tank and a triple tank will also be available. The farmer, thus, can dispose of an even greater variability when applying one or several components The Partner FT impresses with the pressurised tank system, the associated precise metering and the high application rates that are possible.
The new retaining console ensure an easy and quick mounting and dismantling of the pneumatic tubing at the tractor and consists of a flexible mounting arm the height and the mounting angle of which can be adjusted flexibly depending on the tractor. Another innovation are the quick couplers for the pneumatic tubes of the front tank that facilitate the mounting and dismantling of the pneumatic hoses. The easy operation without tools saves time with regard to mounting and dismantling different mounted implements.
