Welcome
Dear Reader!

Every two years, the Agritechnica is a highlight! Our team, our management, and our family were able to meet and exchange ideas with many farmers from Germany and abroad as well as with sales partners and suppliers. For us, the Agritechnica is an important event to present our innovations and further developments. We were especially pleased that we were awarded a silver medal this year!
All in all, 2025 is a very satisfactory year for our company. We are able to maintain our turnover – a positive sign of our solid economic stability.
However, a closer look at the various markets reveals a mixed bag. There are successful markets such as Ukraine, Romania, the Baltic states, and the Nordic countries; consistently successful countries like Poland, the UK, Germany, France, and the Czech Republic; and challenging markets such as Hungary and Southern Europe, Kazakhstan, the USA, Canada, and Brazil. The reasons for this were diverse, including climate change, war, and tariffs.
As HORSCH is active on a global scale and works with an excellent sales partner network that is constantly improving its expertise on our machines, we can secure our overall turnover. The close relationship to our customers allows for adapting our machines to the markets and continuously develop them further.
All over the world, the costs for operating resources are currently high, and it is becoming increasingly difficult to find qualified agricultural staff.
As a result, farms are looking for efficient solutions. We have the answers. Our HORSCH triangle (customer-sales partner-HORSCH) describes this close co-operation. All of this is possible thanks to our dedicated and passionate employees.
In this issue, you will find several articles on the topic of precision as well as creative ideas that might give you new food for thought.
I wish you a merry Christmas and a good, successful, healthy and above all peaceful New Year 2026.
Cordially
Cornelia Horsch
